Rotary’s Short-Term Exchange Program (STEP) is a very affordable family-to-family summer exchange that offers a unique opportunity for students to expand their knowledge of the world and create life-long friendships! Spend a month overseas living with a student and their family, then return home with them to continue your experience hosting in your home for one month.

STEP is open to students aged 15-18 who live in Rotary District 6250 (western and southern Wisconsin, southeast Minnesota). Participants must be of good character, be adaptable, mature, and want to experience life in other countries and cultures. Children of Rotarians and non-Rotarians are equally eligible.
