Between now and Halloween, I challenge every member across our district to complete at least one of these two actions:
- Invite a guest to an event: Bring someone new to a club meeting, a service project, a social gathering, or any club activity happening in October.
- Connect with a fellow member: Sit next to someone different at a meeting this month and ask them three questions to get to know them better.
Growing our membership is about both welcoming new faces and staying closely connected to the members we already have.
Give one a shot this month and let me know how it goes! Email your stories, results, and thoughts to aaron@madisontop.com.
