Recently, the Sauk Prairie Rotary Club partnered with the Village of Prairie du Sac by adopting Blanchard Park under the Adopt-a-Park program.  A newly installed sign at the park recognizes the Rotary Club for its service. Rotary members will conduct two or more workdays each year.  The club’s first workday was Saturday, October 26. Rotarians and their spouses trimmed shrubs, removed nuisance trees and shrubs, and removed grass from the sandy play areas. In the future, the club will work to raise $2500 for swings for Blanchard Park.
