As we dive into another exciting Rotary year, it’s time for your club to take a fresh look in the mirror — or in this case, a fresh scroll through your website and social media.
Because whether someone is searching for a service opportunity or just curious about who you are, your online presence is often their very first impression. Let’s make sure it’s a great one!
Website Check – Is Yours Working for You?
Treat your site like a front door — clean, welcoming, and up to date!
  • Using the correct Rotary logos? myrotary.org has you covered.
  • Are your club events and guest speakers listed?
  • Try to update your homepage weekly to show your club is active and thriving.

Social Media Check – Make It Work Smarter, Not Harder
Let your community see your impact in real time!
  • Review your profile and cover photo — is your logo current and clear?
  • Double-check your About Us section for accuracy.
  • Are you a public page, not a private group? (This matters!)
  • Know who your admins are — and have at least two!
  • Share an upcoming event, project, or speaker.
  • Take 5 minutes at your next meeting to have members like and follow your page.
  • Encourage interaction — likes, comments, and shares amplify your message.
  • Commit to weekly content — even a quick update keeps your feed fresh.
  • Use @Tags to link people, partners, and pages.
  • # Don’t forget your hashtags:
    #YourClubsName #Rotary6250 #PeopleOfAction #ServiceAboveSelf

Print & Email Tune-Up – Still Powerful Tools!
Even in a digital age, print and email materials make a difference.
  • Update your brochures, flyers, rack cards, and postcards.
  • Include business cards with QR codes to your club website.
  • Make sure members use email signatures with links to your website and socials.
  • And yes — confirm all members have an updated email in MyRotary.

Your club is doing amazing things — let’s make sure the world sees it.
With a few small updates, your online and offline materials can shine just as brightly as your service.
Here’s looking at you, Club!
